Conference Fees and Registration

The conference registration will open January 1, 2024. The Early bird registration period is January 1, 2024-March 15, 2024. Regular registration is March 16- May 15. Late /on-site registration will be May 16 and thereafter.

The conference registration fee includes:  welcome reception, parallel and plenary sessions, poster sessions, awards ceremony, and conference supplies. Meals include: daily coffee breaks, three lunches, and conference dinner.
