WORKSHOP DETAILS
This session explores the "what" and "how" of wellbeing, focusing on breaking down systemic barriers to create meaningful change. Participants will see examples from multiple levels of work and learn about tools from the data-for-change playbook. We will highlight the continuous community improvement model, theories of change that spark collective action, and a new public health approach developed by the University of Wisconsin’s County Health Rankings health equity teams. This approach demonstrates how local investments can be leveraged for maximum impact.
Through real-world examples, this session will show how partners are using data-driven strategies to ensure that resources are applied where they are most needed and with the right emphasis—building a sustainable, equitable culture of health.
