WORKSHOP DETAILS

Community data and wellbeing look very different today than they did even a few years ago. Join us for an energizing session that explores how practitioners are reimagining data to drive equity and impact in changing times. Together, we’ll examine the what and how of wellbeing—how to break down systemic barriers and turn insights into action.

You’ll hear from three practitioners who bring distinct perspectives on scale, method, and measurement—each showing what data for wellbeing can look like today. We’ll share tools from the data-for-change playbook, including the continuous community improvement model, and a new public health approach from the University of Wisconsin’s County Health Rankings health equity teams that demonstrates how local investments can achieve maximum impact.

Through real-world examples—including the Black Health Matters initiative, where community-driven data advanced health equity, and the Criminal Justice Council (CJC) Annual Report series, which applied cross-agency data to strengthen public safety and criminal legal system coordination—you’ll see how data-driven strategies are helping partners focus resources where they’re most needed and build a sustainable, equitable culture of health.
