Conference Social Events

Your standard registration fee fully covers these social and networking events, but RSVPs are requested to ensure accurate food and beverage numbers.

Note: Daily lunches and coffee breaks from August 12–14, as well as the formal Conference Dinner on Friday, August 14 at 5:00 PM, are also fully covered by your registration.

Welcome Reception & Poster Session

(Tuesday, August 11 | 17:00 – 18:30):

Features the Presidential welcome, poster presentations, hors d'oeuvres, and an open bar.

Spindletop Hall Dinner & Bluegrass Music

No visit to Kentucky is complete without Bluegrass music! Join us for an evening of great food, live entertainment, and Southern hospitality at historic Spindletop Hall. Relax, mingle with fellow attendees, and experience the traditions that make Kentucky famous around the world. Transportation and dinner are free for all registered attendees.

(Thursday, August 13):

17:30 – 18:00: Transportation to Spindletop Hall.
18:00 – 19:30: Dinner & live Bluegrass music at Spindletop Hall

Social Cocktail Hour (Wednesday, August 12 | 16:30 – 17:30): Located in the Great Hall/Mezzanine. Enjoy hip hop music, socializing, and an open bar that continues through dinner.

Awards Dinner (Wednesday, August 12 | 17:30 – 19:00): A formal plated dinner and awards ceremony held in the Harris Ballroom.
